消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙混流風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機或叫(jiao)PYHL-14A消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機,其(qi)采(cai)用CAD軟件(jian)多目(mu)標優(you)化(hua)設計,選配(pei)模壓扭曲翼形錐型葉輪,高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)機內置,配(pei)設專門的電(dian)(dian)機冷(leng)卻系統。選用雙速電(dian)(dian)機直聯傳動,達到一機兩用(即平時(shi)送排(pai)(pai)(pai)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)和(he)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)使(shi)用時(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙),配(pei)設電(dian)(dian)控箱后可遠程自動控制。具有耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性能優(you)良、風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量大、風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)壓高(gao)、安裝(zhuang)簡便等優(you)點,廣泛應用于高(gao)層建筑(zhu)、烘房、地下(xia)(xia)車庫(ku)、地鐵、隧道等場合(he)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙和(he)送排(pai)(pai)(pai)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)。按GA211-1999消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)方法,能在400℃高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)條件(jian)下(xia)(xia)連續(xu)(xu)運行100分鐘(zhong)以(yi)上,介質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)100℃條件(jian)下(xia)(xia)連續(xu)(xu)運行20小時(shi)/次不(bu)損壞,已被全(quan)國(guo)各大城(cheng)市消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)部門認可采(cai)用。
一、PYHL-14A消防高溫排煙混流風機的結構特性
風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主要(yao)有(you)(you)葉(xie)片(pian),外殼(ke)(ke),集流(liu)器,消(xiao)音(yin)器,導流(liu)葉(xie)片(pian),電機(ji)(ji)(ji)部件組(zu)成(cheng)。葉(xie)輪采用(yong)有(you)(you)子午加(jia)速(su)(su)特點的(de)(de)扭曲夾(jia)板片(pian)焊(han)接在輪轂(gu)上(shang)。經高溫測試(shi),軸承升溫,噪音(yin),動平衡校(xiao)驗,超速(su)(su)試(shi)驗,有(you)(you)很好的(de)(de)空(kong)氣動力(li)性(xing)能。機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼(ke)(ke)采用(yong)圓筒形,與消(xiao)音(yin)功能集風(feng)器聯接成(cheng)一體(ti)。出口裝導流(liu)片(pian),具有(you)(you)良好的(de)(de)氣流(liu)頒布,壓力(li)穩定。PYHL-14A型(xing)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)獨立的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)腔(qiang),避免氣體(ti)與電機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)直接接觸,設計二次(ci)進風(feng),有(you)(you)利降低電機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)環境溫度。
二、風機的用途
HTF(B)消防(fang)(fang)高溫排煙混流風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)和(he)廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)隧道,地下車(che)庫,高級民用(yong)(yong)建筑,冶(ye)金(jin),廠(chang)礦等場所(suo)的通風(feng)(feng)(feng)換氣(qi)及(ji)(ji)消防(fang)(fang)高溫排煙, HTF(PYHL-14A)系列(lie)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)工作(zuo)溫度(du)為300攝(she)氏(shi)度(du)。氣(qi)體內不允許有粘性物質,所(suo)含的塵土及(ji)(ji)硬(ying)質顆粒不大(da)于150mg/m3。特殊環境可選用(yong)(yong)防(fang)(fang)爆型混流風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji),防(fang)(fang)腐(fu)混流風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)。
三、風機性能的選擇
風(feng)機(ji)的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在本(ben)公司(si)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)資料上查(cha)閱,表中列出的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)是率范圍內的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng),按(an)流量分為(wei)(wei)五個(ge)特點(dian),選用(yong)時(shi)按(an)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)表為(wei)(wei)準(zhun),出廠(chang)的(de)(de)風(feng)機(ji)合(he)格品性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在額定流量下全壓(ya)值(zhi)不(bu)超過(guo)+_5%。性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)選用(yong)表是標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態下的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng),無論技(ji)術文(wen)件(jian)或(huo)定貨(huo)要求的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)均按(an)標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態為(wei)(wei)準(zhun),標(biao)準(zhun)狀(zhuang)態大(da)氣壓(ya)=101325pa,t=20相對溫度(du) =50%空(kong)氣狀(zhuang)態,當(dang)實(shi)際使用(yong)條(tiao)件(jian)下與(yu)上述不(bu)符(fu)合(he)時(shi)按(an)有(you)關(guan)公式(shi)進(jin)行(xing)換算,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)形式(shi)可采用(yong)直式(shi)水平式(shi)落(luo)地安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),落(luo)地安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)需要加(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震系(xi)統;高強度(du)彈(dan)簧減(jian)(jian)震墊,橡(xiang)膠(jiao)減(jian)(jian)震墊,吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)采用(yong)彈(dan)簧減(jian)(jian)震吊(diao)架用(yong)絲桿固定,加(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)震系(xi)統有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)衰減(jian)(jian)機(ji)器自身(shen)的(de)(de)振動,減(jian)(jian)少振動力(li)外傳,減(jian)(jian)少振動力(li)的(de)(de)傳入,保證風(feng)機(ji)正(zheng)常運行(xing)度(du)提高。如立式(shi)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在訂貨(huo)中注明,如大(da)流量,高壓(ya)力(li),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)尺寸和(he)本(ben)公司(si)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)有(you)出入等性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)參數有(you)特殊要求,公司(si)將會為(wei)(wei)客戶提供(gong)設計(ji)符(fu)合(he)要求的(de)(de)特殊規格風(feng)機(ji)。
